Charles E. Jarrell founded the company in 1954. We began as HVAC mechanical
contractors, and through the years expanded our services to offer plumbing,
sheet metal fabrication and electrical services. Today, Jarrell is a full service design/build
contractor that can meet your mechanical construction needs.

To maintain a competitive edge, in 2000, Jarrell invested more than a
half-million dollars in capital improvements to its state-of-the-art
sheet metal fabrication facility. Unlike some competitors, Jarrell
economically manufactures each project's ductwork at the in-house
facility. This valuable service can improve first costs and turnaround
time and helps to assure quality installations at every project.

|
Whether it is a tenant finish project or a new high-tech industrial facility,
the Plumbing Division, with more than 40 people, has the trained craftsmen to
handle the job. Jarrell also provides utility work for site storm and sanitary
sewers, water mains, and other piping systems. Our fabrication facility
allows us to meet the most demanding construction schedules while delivering
a consistent level of high-quality work. Jarrell’s in-house facilities help
maintain construction schedules because large portions of the plumbing/piping
systems can be fabricated during the early stages of a project or even before
on-site construction begins.
|
|
Jarrell has extensive experience in commercial and industrial HVAC piping
systems design and installation ranging from small gas distribution systems
to large hot/chilled water, water source heat pump systems and specialty
piping for large-scale industrial projects for companies such as Mallinkrodt
and Monsanto.
