By working directly with the developer and the developers architects during the concept and preliminary design phase, Jarrell's engineers and designers work to integrate a first time, cost effective HVAC and plumbing design. This cuts many weeks off the development of drawings and allows Jarrell's pre construction team to arrive at realistic budgets and perform ALL the coordination with the Electrical Contractor. This permits the electrical contractor to price exactly what work he has to perform to support the HVAC and life safety systems, (many times a large portion of the electrical contractors work!)
