| 2. How we use this information |
All personally identifying information that Jarrell collects is used directly for customizing
your visits to our site and assisting us in providing you with the services you request.
If you request to receive information from Jarrell concerning services or other information,
your e-mail address is used to send you administrative messages or other communications regarding
your use of the Web Site and the services provided thereby.
When you request to be contacted by our affiliates, we will provide certain of your personally
identifying information to the specific affiliate, or provider of a specific good or service, you
identified so that you may be contacted. Further, if additional information would assist us or the
specific affiliate you have identified in connection with the good or service you are inquiring

relevant parties. The affiliates may also provide us with information regarding their contact with
you as well as information as to goods or services purchased. If you choose to let us do so,
Jarrell may also use your e-mail address to notify you of new features or services available on

|
| 3. How we protect you |
|
A limited number of Jarrell employees have access to your personal information, but only in cases
where it is necessary to retrieve that information, such as to assist you with services. All employees
who have access to your personal identifying information must sign a confidentiality agreement that
prohibits them from disclosing user information to people outside of our company, unless disclosing
that information is necessary to provide you with the services you request or to protect our service,
site, members, or other parties. In addition, all of your personal data stored on our servers is
protected against unauthorized access from outside parties using current data security technology.
|
| 4. Updating to your information |
|
Your personally identifying information can be updated at any time in the Contact Information section
of the Web Site.
|
| 5. Use of cookies |
|
Cookies are text files that are stored on your computer's hard drive. These files contain unique
identification numbers, which are used to remind our system of your personal preferences, so that
we can customize your visits to the Web Site. Cookies are not used to track your personal activities.
We only use cookies to track aggregate activity on our site, such as how many people have accessed
a particular page in the past month. This helps us improve the Web Site based on how our registered
users are using it.
|
| 6. Use of IP addresses |
|
Every Internet user is identified by a unique number known as an Internet Protocol (IP)
address. If you have a static IP address, you get the same number each time you connect
to the Internet. If you have a dynamic IP address, a number is assigned to your computer
from a pool of addresses established by your ISP (Internet Service Provider), which can result
in your computer having a different IP address each time you use the Internet. World Wide Web
servers use IP addresses to identify your computer. Jarrell collects IP addresses for security,
system administration and reporting aggregate information to our advertisers. When you visit a
page within the Web Site, our servers log your IP address, but we do not link this IP address to
your personally identifying information. This means that while your activity is logged, you remain
anonymous to us. We can and will use IP addresses to identify users when we believe it is necessary
to enforce compliance with our Terms of Use, or to protect our service, site, registered users, or
other parties.
|
| 7. Security |
|
Secure transmission of data is important to Jarrell. We use industry standard SSL (secure socket layer)
encryption when users transmit credit card information over our system. Unfortunately, no data
transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as 100% secure; but Jarrell uses its best commercially
reasonable efforts to use the most current data security technology available to protect your information,
and to continue to implement the best security methods as they become available.
|
| 8. Links to other sites |
|
You should be aware that the Web Site may contain links to other sites that are beyond our control.
For example, if you click on an advertisement, you may be taken to another site. These other sites
may send their own cookies to your computer, collect data, or solicit personal information from you.
These other sites are not bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the
privacy policy of such sites before disclosing any personally identifying information.
|
| 9. Your consent |
|
By using the Web Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in this
Privacy Policy. If we make changes to this policy, we will post them on this page so that you are
always aware of what information we collect and how we use it. Changes are effective when posted to
this page. Your continued use after any change is posted is an acceptance by You of such change.
Accordingly, you should check this Privacy Policy frequently.
