• Manages the project life cycle of all special projects. This includes pre-construction, estimating, engineering and project management.

• Employed with Charles E. Jarrell Contracting since 1973.
• After more than 30 years of working in several different areas, John has gained vast experience in all aspects of mechanical contracting, including engineering, estimating, project management, sheetmetal fabrication and piping installation.
